Mama Judy gave me a bag of passion fruits just before I left California. I rarely see passion fruits in the store and these are growing in her backyard😯! Priceless gift!

Upon arriving in Scottsdale, I have been itching to make some magarita with these home grown passion fruits.

Tonight is the night. Success on first attempt!

Ingredients

• 4 Tbsp passion fruit pulp
• 3 oz Blanco tequila
• 2 oz triple sec
• 2 oz fresh lime juice
• 1 Tbsp Agave nectar
• ice
• Chilli-lime salt for garnish
• Lime wedges/ dried lime wheels for garnish

Direction

1. Rim two serving glasses with salt.
2. Fill glasses with ice.
3. Add remaining ingredients in a coctail mixer and shake well till mixer is frosty.
4. Divide margarita into the two rimmed glasses.
5. Garnish with lime wedges or lime wheels.
