

I’ve always been curious about cocktails with elderflower in the recipe. I like the fragrance in particular. I finally bought a bottle of St Germain and made a cucumber collins. Love this refreshing and sweet smelling cocktail for the summer.
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Grey Goose vodka
- 1 oz. cucumber juice (from 1 cucumber)
- 2 oz. St. Germain
- 2 oz. club soda
- 1/2 oz. lime juice
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup
- Cucumber strips for garnish
- Mint for garnish
Directions
- Peel a cucumber and reserve some strips for garnish.
- Cut cucumber up and pulse with 2 oz water in a blender until liquified. Strain for cucumber juice.
- Line cocktail glasses with the reserved cucumber strips.
- Fill glass with ice cubes.
- Mix vodka, cucumber juice, St Germain, lime juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Strain into cocktail glass.
- Top with club soda and garnish with mint sprigs.
