I’ve always been curious about cocktails with elderflower in the recipe. I like the fragrance in particular. I finally bought a bottle of St Germain and made a cucumber collins. Love this refreshing and sweet smelling cocktail for the summer.

  • 2 oz. St. Germain
  • 2 oz. club soda
  • 1/2 oz. lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
  • Cucumber strips for garnish
  • Mint for garnish

Directions

  1. Peel a cucumber and reserve some strips for garnish.

  3. Line cocktail glasses with the reserved cucumber strips.
  4. Fill glass with ice cubes.
  5. Mix vodka, cucumber juice, St Germain, lime juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  6. Strain into cocktail glass.
