Mother’s Day Brunch 2018

Mothers Day is one of those days in the year when I can wake up and wait for brunch to be served. I must say that over the years, the quality of the brunch has improved significantly. The three cooks split up the work and the meal gets put together and quickly and efficiently in an hour. I thoroughly enjoyed this delicious brunch of cowboy hash with lemon ricotta pancake and watermelon juice 😋.

Thank you Hillary, Hanna, and Ashley for the handmade card and delicious brunch. I am so proud that my three little bears have grown up. I really enjoyed having you home to spend the weekend and loved every bit of this wonderful Mother’s Day brunch on the boat ❤. Thank you to Captain EK too for an awesome boat ride on this beautiful Sunday morning and Nike for his ever faithful company. I am blessed.
